Content posted by other members is not ours

Posts, comments, testimonials and stories shared by members in the community reflect the views and personal experiences of that individual member only, and are not reviewed, verified, endorsed or guaranteed by us. This applies in particular to anything a member says about their own health, healing, or results, see the Health and Medical Disclaimer above. You should treat what other members post as personal opinion, not professional or medical advice.

Licence to use your content

By posting content in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating, moderating and promoting the Website and our services. COURSE PURCHASES, PAYMENT AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Course and product purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor, KAJABI. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

If you have signed up for a payment plan, you authorise our continued access to your payment information held by our third-party payment processor until your payment plan has been completed, in order to collect the agreed instalments.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the payment and/or contact you to arrange an alternative method. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to the relevant course or service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
 

Live events, 1:1 sessions and bespoke bookings

Where a purchase is for a live event, workshop, or a specific booked 1:1 session with a fixed date, different cancellation terms may apply and will be set out clearly at the point of booking.

GENERAL

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours where your rights are not adversely affected.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify Users, such as a notice on the Website.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply in your favour.

Our lawful bases for this processing are: performance of a contract with you (account and course delivery), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (Website security and improvement), and legal obligation (financial record-keeping).

We share personal data with trusted third parties who help us run the Website and deliver our services, including: our website and course hosting platform, Kajabi; our payment processor, KAJABI; email marketing tools we use to send newsletters and course communications; and analytics and advertising providers, currently Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (see Cookies below).
