COURSE PURCHASES, PAYMENT AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
Course and product purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor, KAJABI. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
If you have signed up for a payment plan, you authorise our continued access to your payment information held by our third-party payment processor until your payment plan has been completed, in order to collect the agreed instalments.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the payment and/or contact you to arrange an alternative method. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to the relevant course or service.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If you are a consumer purchasing a course or digital product from this Website, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.
To cancel, emailĀ [email protected]Ā within 14 days of your purchase date, quoting your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Please note that once you have accessed a significant portion of a course's downloadable or streamed content within the 14-day period, you may not be entitled to a full refund. Each case is assessed individually, taking into account how much of the course you have accessed, and we reserve the right to make a deduction from, or decline, the refund to reflect the value of what you have already accessed, in line with the Regulations.
This cancellation right does not affect any other statutory rights you may have.
Live events, 1:1 sessions and bespoke bookings
Where a purchase is for a live event, workshop, or a specific booked 1:1 session with a fixed date, different cancellation terms may apply and will be set out clearly at the point of booking.
GENERAL
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours where your rights are not adversely affected.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify Users, such as a notice on the Website.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply in your favour.
